Keep profiles honest

• Use real photos of the pet you are listing.
• Give the correct species, sex, age and health information.
• Do not impersonate another person or another pet.

What is not allowed

• Adoption, rehoming, or selling or buying animals.
• Commercial listings, services, or payment requests for animals.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or unwanted contact after a block or unmatch.
• Animal cruelty, neglect, or any illegal trade.
• Sharing someone else's private documents or photos.
• Breeding requests that ignore the separate Breeding opt-in for each pet.

Reporting and blocking

Report or block a profile or message from its menu at any time. Reporting is free and never requires payment. We review reports and may remove content or limit accounts.

How we enforce these rules

We may warn, remove content, suspend or close an account. PLACEHOLDER: appeal process and response times, to be defined with the moderation lead.
